He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Cougras and Maria Koumianou Cougras; his sister Katharine Darkadakis; his son Theodore Peter; his grandson Anthony James Cougras; and his daughter-in-law Pamela DeNiro Cougras.

He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Maria (Pappas), Cathy Suess (Jerry), Christine Ciccolelli (Jim), Ted (Sheila) and Tony Cougras; and his great grandchild Aiana Christine Ciccolelli. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Tony's memory to the church or to YSN (Your Sports Network), a media company that broadcasts local sporting events via live streaming.
