He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph M. Cash and Leola Gore Cash Sr.; his wife Sandra Williams Cash; and his brother Ralph Cash Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Cash of Youngstown, David Cash of Campbell, Andrei Cash of Campbell and Shanelle Cash of Canton; his siblings, Eric Keith Cash (Casandra) of Campbell and Deeonna Hobby-Staples (Kenneth) of Tampa, FL; and his sister-in-law Sandra Cash of Campbell. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
