Raines Jr. (Brenda) of Las Vegas, NV and Leslie Conley (Joe) of Frisco Texas; his grandchildren, Christopher Raines of Las Vegas, Olivia and Alaina Conley of Frisco, Texas.; his siblings, Nathan, Roger (Connie) of Shaker Heights, Ohio and Mary Royster of New Castle; and his siblings-in-law, Vanessa Scott of Gilbert, Arizona and Mark Scott of Youngstown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
