It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Prochak (Campbell, Ohio), who passed away on March 22, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anne Dumiak, Bertha Mitulinski, Helen Grahovac, John Prochak and Francis Zander; and his son-in-law David Hernandez.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Prochak (Joyce) of Twinsburg, Linda Hernandez of Campbell, Robert Prochak (Patricia) of Campbell, Elaine Prochak of Hillard and Ronald Prochak (Michele) of Naples; his grandchildren, Adam Hernandez (Tonya), Aaron Hernandez (Allie), Christopher Prochak (Sarah), Corrinne Musick (Aeryn), Allison Crowell (Ian), Gillian McHattie (Brian), Michael Pirie, Kennedy Prochak, Matthew Prochak, Bret Vandermark (James), Danny Hayes, Summer Armstrong (Andrew), Sahar Khatib, Serene Khatib and Guevara Khatib; and his great grandchildren, Alex Hernandez, Chloe Musick, Rowan Musick, Wesley Prochak, Felix Prochak, Keagan Crowell and Anastasia Pirie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
