She was predeceased by: her parents, CJ Carwell and Annie Lee Rymes Carwell; her brothers, Robert Curtis and Larry Neil Carwell; and her husband Paul Herns.
She is survived by: her children, Genia Lee, Rev. Glynis Ann and Glennrick Neil Herns (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Rieon, Rhea, Rachael and Daniel Robert Herns; her great grandchild Riley B. Herns; and her sister-in-law Laura Carwell of Texas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Wasko Funeral Home (216 Coitsville Rd, Campbell, OH 44405). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
