He is survived by: his sons, Jason Lavernuick (Danelle) of Mogadore, Mark Lavernuick (Chelsea) of Westerville and Jesse Lavernuick (Caroline) of Coitsville; and his grandchildren, Lili, Lucy, Alex, Vivian, Henry, Anna, Olivia, Nathan and James Lavernuick. He is also survived by his wife and his mom and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
