He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Koulianos and Nomiki Koulianos (Maillis); his daughter Mary Limperos; and his siblings, Irene Mastoris, Caliope Trikilis and Louie Koulianos.

He is survived by: his wife Gail Fitch; his children, Nomiki "Kitsa" Rotunno (Steve) of Hubbard and Anthony "Tony" Koulianos of Austintown, Ohio; his grandchildren, Gianna and Maria Rotunno; and his siblings, Pete, Paul Koulianos, Katina Phillips and Eva Douropoulos. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
