He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Herman and Mary Lou Herman (Fouts). He is survived by: his brother Scott (Terri); his nephews, Kyle and Kevin; his niece Karly Heiss (Jason); his great-nephews, Jensen and Grant; his brother Terry (Debbie); his niece Ashley; and his nephew Brandon.

Brad was a registered organ donor with LifeBanc and was able to donate organs and tissues to help others in need.
