Choate (Canal Fulton, Ohio), born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Choate and Martha Jean Choate; his sister Claudia Wilson; and his niece Katie Choate. He is survived by: his wife Tressie Choate; his stepdaughter Brittany Crandell (Judd); his brother Charles "Chuck" Choate of Akron; his sibling's children, Tim Choate, Dawn Breen (Rick) of Lemont, IL and Scott Wilson of Decatur, IL; his sister-in-law Ida Sorrells of Miamisburg; his sibling's children, Paige and Blake Whipkey of Miamisburg; his friends, Anne and Greg Brodwick of Lawrence Township; and his pets, Timber and Branch.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home (624 Cherry St E, Canal Fulton, OH 44614). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
