He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lepley and Lucille Lepley (Adkins). He is survived by: his children, Erica Gerber (Drew), Michael D. Lepley, Brett Lepley and Jenna Lepley; his former wife Diane Lepley (Schindley); his siblings, Jacqueline Perry (Donald) of Saint Joseph and David Lepley (Bridget) of Spanish Fort, Alabama; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Lepley (Julia), Donald Perry (Laura), Eric Perry (Megan), Tyler Perry (Abby), Kristen Lepley and Katie Lepley. He is also survived by two great-nephews; and many cousins.
