He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Bailey Gloeckner and Margaret Naomi Gloeckner (Norris); his brother-in-law Larry Badgley; and his cousins, Marsha Moran, Rosalie Story and Edward Moran.
He is survived by: his children, Carrie Rose (Brent) and David Gloeckner (Stormie); his granddaughters, Catherine Johnston (Tyler) and Madalyn Fields (Rusty); his sister Joyce Badgley; and his cousins, Judy McCullough and Margie Cullen.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roush Funeral Home (205 S Ritchie Ave, Ravenswood, WV 26164). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
