It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Leigh Cooper of Canal Winchester, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Debbie's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Debbie's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Weaver Embree and Marjorie Pearl Knittle; and her brother Donald Embree. She is survived by: her husband Michael J Cooper; her children, Leighanne Jarrett Brooks (family: Dennis Harry Jarrett) and Benjamin Jack Jarrett (family: Stepchildern Steve Cooper, T. Scott); Marge Embree. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, as well as many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Myasthenia Gravis Foundation, Parkensons, and Bone Marrow Cancer research in Debbie's memory.
