She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hopkins and Ruth Hopkins (Miller); her son Brandon Ballou; her grandson Caleb Ballou; her sister Doris Leighton-Kreemer; and her mother-in-law Carole Haines.

She is survived by: her husband Phil Ballou; her children, Thomas McDaniels (Stephanie), Amanda Shrider (Russell), Lynn McDaniels (Cory Chapman), Anthony Ballou and Danielle Ballou; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Autumn, Thomas, William, Brayton, Austin, Russell, Kelsey, Ariana, Giuliana, Brieanna, Chaelynn, Chase, Addison and Zoe; her siblings, Linda Kelly, Jeff Hopkins and Christopher Hopkins (Jennifer); her father-in-law James Ballou (Mary Jo); and her siblings-in-law, Richard Kreemer and Terri Stump. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
