She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolphus Smotherman and Essie Mae Smotherman; her stepfather Rolland Ealy; and her sister Georgetta Holloway. She is survived by: her husband Kevin E. Taylor; her sister Michelle Edwards (Terry); her stepchildren, Brian Chandler (Alison), Brianna Chandler, Kevin Taylor II (Aubrey) and Tiffany Taylor; and her nieces, Tiffany Edwards, Brittany Edwards, Khristian Holloway and Kearra Holloway. She is also survived by five grandchildren; a host of cousins and many friends.
