She was predeceased by: her parents, Codis Boster Lewis and Otto Lewis; her husband Joseph Norris Musick; and her siblings, Don Lewis, Herb Lewis and Katie Lewis Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Boise (Terry) and Marilyn Dennis (Bruce); her grandchildren, Mikayla Brown (Jacob), Meleah Breniser (Lucas), Spencer Dennis, Joe Boise, Bruce Dennis and Terry Boise; her great grandchildren, Jonah Brown and Malachi Brown; her granddaughter-in-law Hannah Henry; and her siblings-in-law, Carrie Biggs and Martin Musick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home - Canal Winchester (650 W Waterloo St, Canal Winchester, OH 43110). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
