He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Forrest, MaryGrace Klamfoth, Gerald and Hazel Hoffman. He is survived by: his parents, Norman Klamfoth and Carol Feasel; his fiancée Tina Swann; his son Zach Klamfoth; the mother of his child Pam Sims; and his sister Robin Klamfoth.
