He is survived by: his children, Kenny Kirkland (Carla) of Vanceboro, Mary Beardsley (John), Debbie Varie Bright of Coconut Creek, Jennifer Viggiano (Jim) of Rockford and Susan Russell (Fred) of Youngstown, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Kirkland Paxton, Kenny Kirkland, Jr. (Kelsey), Sgt. Kara Kirkland, Breanna Beardsley Donahue (Dustin), Ashley Varie Roush (Dustin), Joseph Varie (Kelsee), Anthony Viggiano, Aiden Viggiano, Britnee Dyke Ledsome (Dakota) and Shawn Dyke, Jr.. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
