She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Miller and Charlotte Miller (Grapentine). She is survived by: her husband William G. Cook; and her sons, Gary W. Cook (Kathy), Robert S. Cook (Laura) and William F. Cook (Cheryl). She is also survived by her ten grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
