He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kwolek and Esther "Anna" Kwolek (Ippolito); and his wife Jane Kwolek. He is survived by: his children, Beth Vanoli (Dan) and John Kwolek (Lynn); his grandsons, Ross Vanoli, Nick Kwolek (Elizabeth) and Aaron Kwolek (Parey); his great grandchildren, Luca, Rowan Vanoli, Christian and Grayson Kwolek; and his brother Bill Kwolek. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
