He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Hanna and Austie Hanna (Hines); his daughter Jeri Kay Mortimer; and his siblings, R. Gene Hanna and Clara Lou Wheeler.

He is survived by : his wife Dolores M. "Dory" Shears; his children, Terry Hanna (Amy) of Orlando, FL, Timmy Hanna of Canfield and Debbie Reynolds of Canfield; his son-in-law Ron Mortimer; and his sister Sandy Williamson (Paul) of Fort Myers, FL.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
