It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gregory Zinni of Canfield, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester Zinni and Loretta Zinni (Coloutes); and his brothers, Chester Zinni Jr. and Kenneth B. "Kenny" Zinni. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Zinni (Freedman); his children, Gregory Paul Zinni of Youngstown, Elizabeth Ann "Ebie" Zinni (Kenneth Daff) of Austintown, Carly Catherine Zinni of Youngstown, Natalie Marie Zinni of Youngstown and Grayson Stephen Zinni of Cortland; his stepchildren, Marisa Valicenti of Canfield and Matthew Valicenti of Boardman; his grandchildren, Adriana and Viviana Daff; his stepgrandson Dominic Tul; his siblings, Jeff Zinni of Youngstown and Jennifer Saadey (Phillip) of Youngstown; his aunt Rosemary Repasky of Girard; and his pets, Chester and Sophia-Lucia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

The family, funeral home and church will be practicing social distancing (6 Feet Rule) and proper health protocols. As mandated by the Governor, please wear a mask or facial covering.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dr. Gregory Zinni's name to Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic or to Animal Charity.
