He was predeceased by : his parent Lorraine Ramsey; his grandmother Margaret Ramsey; his wife Elma Ramsey; and his brother Ivan R. Farrah. He is survived by : his children, James E. Ramsey, Jr. (Giovanna) of Poland, OH and Janet L. Bish of Poland, OH; his grandchildren, Jonathan Bish (Chelsea) of Victoria, BC, James Ramsey III (Esther) of Norwood, MO, Jeffrey Ramsey (Gabrielle) of San Diego, CA, Jen Bish (Grant Via) of Fort Mill, SC, Lauren Rodriguez (Judah) of Poland, OH, Adrienne Bish (Patrick Majernik) of Boardman, OH, Jordan Ramsey (Marian) of San Diego, CA and Grant Ramsey (Natalie) of San Diego, CA; his great grandchildren, James IV, Charles, Robert, William, Gian, Alina, Vivian, Cara, Kate, Arlo, Jack, Luciana, Benjamin, Jaxson and Brodhi; his sister Margaret Martucci (Pat) of Austintown, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Jan Farrah of Louisville, OH and Elsa Metting of Spokane Valley, WA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
