He is survived by: his significant other Kathleen Turk; his daughters, Megan Hlebak (James), Kimberly Kuhlman (Daniel) and Kaitlin Humenik (Ryan); his grandchildren, Gracyn, Clara Hlebak, Amelia Kuhlman, Samuel, Hudson Humenik and Miles Kuhlman; his siblings, Patricia Symons and Timothy Turk (Patricia); and his sister-in-law Judith Turk.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jim's honor to Hospice of the Valley.
