She was predeceased by : her parents, Ryan Hoffman and Erma Hoffman (Cramer); and her sister Judith Drotleff. She is survived by : her husband Ronald G. Jandrokovic; her children, Julie Cheslik (Thomas E.) of Canfield and Ronald W. Jandrokovic of Streetsboro; her grandsons, Dr. Thomas G. Cheslik (Christie), Timothy R. Cheslik (Kayla) and Ryan J. Cheslik; her great grandchildren, Mia and Cecelia Cheslik; and her siblings, James Hoffman of Boardman and Ruth Heineman of Berlin Center.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lane Funeral Homes-Canfield Chapel (65 N Broad St, Canfield, OH 44406). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
