He was predeceased by : his parents, John Zuppo and Anne Zuppo (Choppa); his son James Paul; and his parents-in-law, Steve and Mildred Simunic.

He is survived by : his wife Kathlyn (Simunic); his sons, John (Meredith) and Stephen (Teri); his grandchildren, John IV, Alexandria, Stephen Jr., Brielle and Elizabeth; and his sisters, Sandra Reinhart (Bob) and Joanne Sura (Dave).

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice House 9803 Sharrott Road, Poland, Ohio 44514 in memory of John.
