She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick W. Lenz; her parent Adelaide Miley; her grandparents, Herbert C. and Emma Miley; and her brother Herb C. Gilmore.
She is survived by: her nephew John Gilmore (Marilyn) of Boardman; and her nieces, Jeannie Lenz (Fred) of Colorado and Cindy Cappitte (Eddie) of Boardman.
