He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore D'Errico and Philomena D'Errico (Julian); and his siblings, Vincent, Salvatore Jr. and Grace.
He is survived by: his wife Doris D'Errico (Martin); his sons, Samuel Mark D'Errico (Nancy) of Medina, Christopher J and Nick D. D'Errico (Mark Owens) of Columbus; and his granddaughters, Julianne, Jenna and Tessa.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Nick's memory to the Knights of Columbus, Msgr.
