She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Cramer (Terry) of Poland; her daughter-in-law Vicky Cramer of Spring Hill, FL; her grandchildren, Jennifer Melia (Frank) of Canfield, Jeffrey Cramer, II (Danielle) of Poland, Amanda Foraker (Fritz) of Westerville, Mark Cramer (Theresa Mary) of Norwalk, CT and Bryan Cramer (Kristen) of Spring Hill, FL; and her great grandchildren, Frank Melia, III, Gabriella Cramer, Evangeline, Elayna Foraker, Adelaide Cramer, Moxie and Rebel Cramer.
