He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Elizabeth Fowler (Kauffman) and Charles E. Fowler; his in-laws, William and Mildred Marshall; his brother-in-law William Marshall II; and his nephew James Conglose.
He is survived by: his wife Candy Fowler (Marshall); his sons, Todd (Mary) and Daniel (Melinda); his grandchildren, Chloe, Owen, Zachary and Henry; his siblings, Ed (Mary Grace), Mary Frances (Carmen Conglose) and Thomas (Linda); and his sister-in-law Clara Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home (3100 Canfield Rd, Youngstown, OH 44511).
