He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn E. Parks; his children, Mia Parks Moreno, Mindy Swonger (Tom) and Ryan Parks (Abigail); his stepchildren, Cynthia Hulburt (Timothy) and Paul Hulburt (Michele); his sisters, Kym Parks and Gwen Parks; his grandchildren, Kelsi Weatherspoon, Kymberli Rodgers, Adrian Jackson, Marcalayna Peterson, Vanessa Peterson, Nate Swonger (Jackie), Jack Parks, Jude Parks and Elise Wasson-Parks; and his stepgrandchildren, Zoe Roch, Nolan Semchee and Peyton Hulburt. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Green Haven Memorial Gardens (3495 S Canfield-Niles Rd, Canfield, OH 44406).
