He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Cheslik and Patricia L. Dempsis Cheslik; and his brother-in-law Rich Jones. He is survived by: his wife Julie A. Jandrokovic Cheslik; his sons, Dr. Thomas Cheslik (Christie) of Canton, Timothy Cheslik (Kayla) of Lakewood and Ryan Cheslik of Canfield; his granddaughters, Mia, Cecilia, Isabel and Lena; and his siblings, Joseph Cheslik (Brant Trowbridge) of Columbus, Kenneth Cheslik (Jane) of Northville, MI, Jeffrey Cheslik (Tatyana) of Atlanta, GA and Linda Jones of Canfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
