He was predeceased by: his parents, William Malloy and Blanche Phillips Malloy. He is survived by: his wife Diane McArthur; his daughter Jennifer Perrot of Struthers; his sister Mary Lou Malloy (Pat) of Canfield; and his nephew Michael Fairburn (Nancy) of Girard.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Life Lutheran Church (550 N Broad St, Canfield, OH 44406). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's memory may be made to Angels for Animals or to Lord of Life Lutheran Church.
