She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Weaver and Irene Weaver (Gang); and her brother Joseph T. Weaver. She is survived by: her brother William D. Weaver (Darla). She is also survived by step-daughter; numerous nieces, nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.

“i knew cindy from massillon hospital where we both worked. we became good friends. as a matter of fact i lived with her while going to nursing school. we also took a road trip to florida and had a blast. i lost track of her after i graduated. i regret this. cindy was full of life, loved playing guitar and going out on gigs. she LOVED animals, always had dogs and cats. she had a full life and that's all that any of us could ask for. my sympathy to billy and darla and family. mary barlow-mishler”
