He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Muntean (Pettit) and Norman Barker; and his sister Cheryl Grueser. He is survived by: his wife Carrie A. Barker (Silverthorn); his children, Hailey Elizabeth Barker and Jesse Cole (Chelsea) of Gainesville, Florida; his sisters, Franny Bowser (Brian) of Minerva and Patty Muntean of Canton; his sister-in-law Deanna Whaley of Canton; his father-in-law Larry Silverthorn of Canton; his grandchildren, Olivia, Maya, Jesse Jr. and David; his siblings' children, Sara, Ashley, Sam, Levi, Cody, Dylan and Chaise; and his mother-in-law Susan Amatangelo.
