He was predeceased by: his brother Lawrence George. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Cugino George; his children, Paula George and Victor George; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Mikayla, Emma George and Jonathon Reed; his siblings, Patricia Goffus, Robert George, Connie Howington (John), Joe Ross (Lori), Carl Pandoli and Dan Sturia; and also Rebecca Reed.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, in his name, to the House of Loretto, 2812 Harvard Ave. NW Canton, OH 44709 or to St. Anthony/ All Saint's Catholic Church, 1530 11th St. SE Canton, OH 44707.
