She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry A. Halsey; and her siblings, William Betz, Earl Betz, Tom Betz, Gary Betz and Sharon Gindlesperger.
She is survived by: her daughter Spring Boughman (Joel); her granddaughters, Krystal Tolin (Jake) and Marissa Boughman (Fiancé Michael Maury); her great grandchildren, Casey and Eliana; and her siblings, Kenneth Betz (Faith), Kathleen Akalin (Jejo), Gloria Ahmed, Frank Betz (Peggy), Howard Betz (Beckie), Darlene Marshall (Terry) and Barbara Fain (Donald).
