He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Keith, and Bernice Keith, Sr. (Reynolds); his sons, Robert Dale Keith and Lynn Scott Keith; and his sister Delores Keith Starnes.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Keith; and his son David Keith.
