He is survived by: his mother Linda Bulicz; his siblings, Bobby Salewsky, Clete Salewsky (Minerva), Corey Smalley (Antoinette), Kevin Van Pelt, Renee Salewsky, Stephanie Viczi (Mike) and Elizabeth Salewsky; and his nieces and nephews, Landon Salewsky, Joshua Balmer, Alexius Gunning, Abigail Smalley and Charlee Smalley.
