He was predeceased by: his former wives, Ann and ShirleyAnn. He is survived by: his children, Michael Rehfus and Bobbie Lockhard; his sisters, Linda Hoover (Ralph) and Peggy Walker (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Michael and Nicole. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
