He is survived by: his daughter Mary Ann Horton; his brother Frank Spotleson; his wife Alice Spotleson (Garcia); his daughters, Cindy Malcuit (Don Karlson), Gina Boring (Ken) and Teresa Neff (Mike Chastain); and his siblings, Pat Spotleson (Jean) and Marie Charley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
