Joseph J. Sommer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2022, at the age of 94, Joseph J. Sommer of Canton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Sommer and Hazel Sommer (Neider); his sister Jeanne Eskola; his wife Helen (Soldatis); and his daughter Kathy Rose Sommer.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph C. Sommer II of Columbus, John M. Sommer of Carrollton and Carol McShane of Glendale; and his grandchildren, Joshua D. Sommer of Canton, Emily Gonyer (Sommer), JP McShane of Fort Lee and Shannon McShane Robbins of Los Angeles. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and many other relatives.
