He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adamczyk and Rose Adamczyk (Babski); his wife Ida Adamczyk (Spizzo); and his siblings, Theodore, John Adamczyk, Bernice Witkowski, Helen Duda, Josephine Pivovar and Florence Rotuno.

He is survived by: his children, Paul Adamczyk (Lori), Jeanmarie Hagedorn (Jerry) and Karen Beavers (Dan); his grandchildren, Sarah, Maxwell, Jacob Adamczyk, John, Katie Hagedorn, Haley, Andrea and Lainey Beavers; and his siblings, Julian Adamczyk, Irene Ryczaj and Jane Gawdyda.
