She was predeceased by: her husband Dwane L. Bergert; and her brothers, Gene DeMatteis and Reno DeMatteis. She is survived by: her children, Carol Kohler (Jeff) and David Bergert; her brother Mario DeMatteis (Carol); her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Bergert, Donna Dayton and Russell Bergert (Georgia); her grandsons, Matt Kohler (Megan) and Joseph Kohler (Emily Welsh); her great grandchild Carleen Rose Kohler; and her nephew Larry Bergert. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
