He was predeceased by : his parents, Emilio Alonzo and Gaetanina Alonzo (Gennett); his wife Theresa Alonzo (Zirpolo); and his siblings, Marian Fuciu, Irene Alessandrini, Nick, Albert, Tony Alonzo and Matilda.
He is survived by : his sister Rosemarie Alonzo; and his sister-in-law Judy Alonzo (Nicholas). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In appreciation of Phil's Catholic education, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Stark County Catholic Schools, Christ the Servant Parish, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Catholic Charities, Sancta Clara Monastery, or the charity of your choice.
