He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Lockaby and Florence Lockaby-Early; his son Jesse White; and his father-in-law Peter Perretta (Winifred). He is survived by: his wife Marianne; his daughters, Kara Rae Bisesi (Joseph) and Madeline Rey Lockaby; his granddaughters, Annie and Alivia "Rosebud" Bisesi; his sister Gladys Lockaby; his siblings-in-law, Carol Coombs, Nancy Hamel and Richard Perretta (Debbie); and his close friends, Carrie Marinakis and Jim Robbins. He is also survived by grandfather to his two young granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Woodlawn Church in Raymond Lockaby's name.
