He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Anne Johnson; his son Keith Johnson; and his sister Jo Ann Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Laurel Manley (Troy); his grandson Alex Manley; his brother Ronald Johnson (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Esther Harper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
