He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Fredrick W. Spencer Jr. and Fred Phillips; and his uncle Bryan Baker. He is survived by: his parents, Stacey Phillips and Stephen Phillips; his stepmother Kristy Phillips; his siblings, Jayden Dean, Shelby Dean, Jessika Rukavina and Chandler Rukavina; his grandmother Kathryn Edgell (Jim) of Patricia Phillips; his stepgrandparents, Sue Hutchinson and Tim Hutchinson; and his close friends, Conor Smolinsky and Heather Phillips. He is also survived by many other friends, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to Akron Children's Hospital.
