He was predeceased by: his parents, Azle A. Coder and Thelma T. Coder (Rice); and his stepsister Esther Rice. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Carter (Jason) of Sunbury, Shawn Coder (Tonya) of Cardington and Lisa Coder of Georgia; and his grandchildren, Marcie (Kyle), Nicolas (Shyann) and Haylee. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
