He is survived by: his parents, John Ryan Kantzer (Stephanie) of New Washington and Kimberly Habegger (Truax) of Fort Wayne, IN; his grandparents, Dave, Linda Truax, John and Rynette Kantzer; and his siblings, Chelsea Ellman of Boise, ID, Kayla Casper (Eli) of Fort Wayne, IN, Tayler Brenneman (Rollin) of Lima, Jessi Horsley (Jacob) of Pataskala, Ryley, Liam and Harper Kantzer of New Washington.
