He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence W. Lowther and Ruth E. Lowther (Mowles); and his siblings, Laura Snyder, Dale and Ralph Lowther.
He is survived by : his wife Judith Ann (Witter); his daughter Deborah Statler (Robert) of Johnsville; his granddaughter Katie Statler; and his nephews, Jack, Roger and Bob Lowther.
